Beverages do not remain HOT - Stopped Working in 3 months
The lid of the teapot is of poor quality and it became loose. Gradually within 3 months it stopped working.Plus my warranty claim wasn't settled. They stopped responding to my mails/calls after initial greetings.I am now using a MILTON teapot since a year and very happy with the quality of MILTON when compared with BOROSIL
