I hand crocheted my little squishy blue birds - as you can see they are all a little different. I love the marine blue with the baby blue. I thought the wee birds looked a little mischievous and could use supervision so I made momma squishy bird to keep an eye on them. She looked a little tired so I made her a nest where she can sit in comfort and keep an eye on her young ones who have just flown the nest. I don't like making the same thing over and over, and crocheting lends itself to creativity. My items tend to be One of a Kind. I took my saw out to the garden for the branches.
