Fashion Thin Round Dress Shoe Laces 2 Pair Pack

These shoelaces are well, shoelaces. They aren't great, but they work. I definitely prefer the ones the came with my shoes. But finding shoelaces isn't that easy. So I ordered these. As others have stated - they are thin. Real thin. See the picture I posted. Much thinner than the original laces on my shoes. But hey they tie. And contrary to what a number of others have stated - they don't come untied. They haven't come untied on me one time.

This shoelace is fine for a replacement. I needed to replace my dark brown shoelaces on my dress shoes I wear to work and while the brown I got is definitely lighter, it's works.I didn't like having to pay $6 for shipping when the package that came to my house cost $1.90 on the USPS label. Also, I wish I could have ordered a different color with the 2nd pair they give you, because hopefully I won't need to replace the one's I just got for a long time.Sadly I couldn't find any shoelaces in DSW that were brown, nor could I find anything at Walmart. Bottom line this company seems to have cornered a market that has little competition, good for them, but the consumer is losing out when it costs $12 for a pair of shoelaces.

I rated these a 4 because I feel like a shoelace would have to be pretty special for it to get 5 stars. Worn the shoes these go on twice, laces stay tied through the day and the 30" fit nicely on my size 13, 3 hole (vertical) dress shoes, neither too long nor too short. The flat lace was purchased to match the previous broken laces and they look good. They are not very large and chunky in case you were wondering. A bit larger than standard round dress shoe laces, but not really noticeably so unless you are really looking.

Why do these have bad reviews? The size and color are exactly as described by the seller and they perform the simple task of keeping shoes on feet. The neon color adds a cute detail to an otherwise basic shoe. I have one pair in dress shoes and one on Doc Martens. Both pairs have held up for 6 months.Maybe the people writing bad reviews never learned how to tie shoes properly? You might be doing it wrong. Better watch this:[...]And voila, happy feet!

Nice dark brown color and as long as advertised. I have them on a low boot, brown leather men's shoe and they do a good job. I found them to be a little thinner that the original product and feel more waxy then the originals. The were fatter and cloth material, these are thinner and fell leather-ey. Shipped well but shipping was as much as the product! Got two pair of laces for $6 and shipping for both was $6. Thought that was ridiculous as they were shipped in a small and cheap enough envelope.

I ordered navy blue dress laces and I got navy blue dress laces. I think some were expecting the thicker "athletic" laces instead of the rolled dress ;aces. However, I got what I wanted. I found these when I could find navy blue laces nowhere else. Not even the local cobblers could order them in for me. So EXTREMELY satisfied with the laces I ordered and received.

You can't even buy good shoelaces at a shoe store. They look at you like you grew two heads. What are we supposed to do just buy new shoes. These shoelaces are "ok". Pretty skinny and wear out fast, and the tips last like 4 days. A little short for dress shoes, at least 4-hole dress shoes. I like to double knot mine and these made that a little tight.

This item was not as described or as illustrated. Based on the photo, I expected a tightly woven/braided, somewhat sturdy looking, ROUND lace, of a medium brown color. The description said "1/8 inches", and "round." Try 1/16" (at best) in one dimension and perhaps 1/8" in the other. Definitely flat, thin and stretchy due to the loose weave. Darker brown than shown. I suspect the seller took the photos from another manufacturer. I almost returned the laces anyway, despite the fact that shipping would negate any gains.I bought this because the photo and description matched a pair of laces I'm trying to replace. I wish I could find the laces pictured....Don't buy these.
