Great for Halloween
Excellent coloured lights used them for Halloween they worked as soon as it started to get dark great price for two… took two seconds to put together but the result was a lot of effect so many people asked where they were from great that you can alternate colours or chose just one .. would be great for Christmas I’ll have to get them back out of Halloween boxes .. very happy with them

Bright
The light is bright, which is what I wanted, they seem sturdy I just hope that they last, but so far (2 months in) they are still working perfectly

OK for small corners
These are moderate solar powered lights, with white being the strongest but colours were weaker. Would be OK for highlighting eg pot plants or shrubs or lighting up smaller areas. They won't eg light up a house frontage much. They weren't powerful enough for me unfortunately. I'd ordered 2 x purple spotlights but multicolour ones were delivered for some reason.

These are amazing lights
I initially bought a double pack multicolour light with solar panel attached, only one worked, but that was two years ago now and the light is still working. I took the one that didn't work apart & found a dry solder connection was the problem.Since that initial purchase, I have bought two 2packs of multicolour solar lights with separate solar panels, so that I can light up the trees in my garden from underneath, in the shade, but be able to have the solar panels in daylight & (sometimes) bright light. I've found that even on cloudy days, these solar panels are pretty good, it's not very often that my garden is without multicolored lights eluminating my trees in the dark, even if only for a few hours each night. With a good clear day or with partial cloud, my lights stay eluminated from dusk till dawn, I'm very pleased. Now I've got a couple of interesting specimen plants, I've bought another couple of packs of lights with separate solar panels to eluminate them too. And I've not had any problems with dodgy soldering on any of them. The only problem I've had is screwing them onto wooden posts, they are sturdy enough (magpies & pigeons frequently use them as perches), but to screw the small flat base onto a wooden post with the included screws, you have to position the light at the angle you want, mark the position of the holes with a thin marker, then take the base and light apart, to be able to screw the screws in through the base into the wooden post - the light gets in the way otherwise. It's a bit fiddly, but worth the effort. II've found that sticking a piece of adhesive tape over the small metal nut in its hole, saves much cussing and lost nuts, during final assembly.

ordered 1 purple ,one mixed coloured, order wrong
this is a christmas present, but be careful the product pictures of the colours do not match and if you order purple coloured you will get a mixed colour, something wrong with their on line descriptions

Easy to assemble and install.
I like that these automatically change colour and continuously cycle through the colours. I also like the fact that my vape batteries (18650 flat top) are the rechargeable batteries used to power this item.On recieving my light, I charged it up for 24 hours in the sun first, but it not work at all. Do I unscrewed the back panel and discovered that whoever had assembled the light during manufacture had used hot glue to hold the wires in place and the side of the battery had got stuck to the glue (this meant it was not in the battery holder or making contact with both terminals). Once separated from the glue, I changed the battery for one of my fully charged vape batteries and reinstalled it into the battery holder, making sure both ends were touching terminals. Hey presto! It was working, I screwed down the back plate being careful not to trap any wires and placed it on its plastic ground stake in the garden. It's been coming on at dusk for the last 3 nights and is usually still cycling through colours at dawn, so my battery is doing the job. The supplied battery isn't wasted though as I have another one that matches it, so I'll make use of it later.Seems very sturdy considering it's all made on plastic, thick plastic though, so should last for quite a while. It comes with a flat plate with 3 holes around the outside - so you can screw it to a flat surface (like the top of a fence post) - and a bigger hole in the centre - so you can insert the ground spike if needed. Well thought out and easy to adjust the height and angle of the light by thumb screws.Very impressed for the price, I might get another one.UPDATE :The photo is of my second purchase.Well it's working but it's arrived broken. I'm going to have to fix it with some araldite, as I need it for the project I'm doing at the moment and I don't have time to send it back for a replacement.I just hope the other one (with a separate cable and solar panel) arrives intact tomorrow. I think it's probably a one-off and I'm just unlucky with this one, although I checked the battery on this one and it was the same as the first one - battery stuck to the hot glue holding the wires in place, but not holding the battery in its holder on in contact with the connectorslinking to the LED panel. The 18650 battery that comes inside the light IS NOT CHARGED when you recieve the light.
