New HP Intel i3 6 Core Turbo Laptop, 4.4 GHz, 8GB Ram, 256 Very Fast SSD, FHD, Win 11 Professional, Office 2021 Pro Plus

So pleased with this purchase. I am not the most tech minded person but it was so easy to set up, within a half hour I had everything loaded and ready to go, as long as you follow the on screen instructions when it is first powered up I can't see how you could go wrong. Lightning fast compared to my old one. Would definitely recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

I never like to give reviews soon after purchasing an item, I always like to use the product for a certain amount of time to assess it. I purchased this computer in April 2022 and it is a brilliant computer. It keeps its battery life for quite a long time before it needs charging up and the screen is lovely and clear. The only downside is my scanner is not compatible with the software already in the computer so I have to use my old computer. All in all I would recommend this computer.

I think for the price you couldn't ask for better.I had an issue at first with it going so slow (on social media, games) that to begin with I didn't think I would be keeping it but I got on to the TECH guy, via WhatsApp and once I explained the problem he gave me a couple of things to try (which I did) and it was working perfectly speed wise. The first suggestion he gave me worked a treat and he was more than helpful and very polite. So in future I will go to him if there anymore issues. Other than that, it's a great laptop! Does all I need it for! Couldn't be happier with it..

This was not a new laptop. It had an already registered account, and had only 4 months remaining of the manufacturers 12 month warranty. Returned for a full refund. Totally misleading description.

I love this laptop! It arrived the very next day after ordering it and was well packaged. It was very easy and straight forward to set up, I'm not tec savvy so this was a big plus for me. Its a neat laptop that takes up less space than my last one but still has all the features I need to work from home. I paired it up with my printer in minutes.The sellers were fab to deal with after I had a query, they answered me on whatsap within minutes, couldn't fault any part of the purchasing process. Highly recommend.

We needed a laptop for work purposes and this meets our needs. Running Windows Pro was essential for the extra encryption security and this has it. For the price we cannot complain - it's lightweight and slim with a clear keyboard. The SSD gives it a fast start up and close down. Having the full Office suit pre-loaded is a bonus and the Chrome browser is ready to go. Three year warranty from the UK supplier is reassuring, the only downside being the average screen, which is all yo can expect for this money.

I ordered this laptop as my desktop decided to have a mind of its own. I basically use it for office stuff and surfing the web. Today I decided to set it up (I know 3 months late) and had left it so long until someone could help me as I am in no way technically minded. Saying that today I did it all by myself. After turning the laptop on there was a file on the home page which I opened and it walked me through it very simply and quickly. So all it took was 5 mins and it was registered and office to registered. I have to say I am absolutely delighted with this laptop. It’s fast and easy to navigate your way through apps and to find just what you want. The full package of Office 2021 is amazing too. I am 100% happy with the laptop and the seller and would not hesitate to recommend either.
