StarWarez Baby Safety Magnetic Locks for Cabinets and Drawers
I got tired of seeing my foil strewn from one corner of the kitchen to the living room, my dish towels scattered everywhere, and cereal spilled all over the floor...the joys of motherhood. I found StarWarez Baby Safety Magnetic Locks for Cabinets and Drawers and I'm glad I did. I was a bit worried at first because of the adhesive, but once they stick, they are stuck. It can be peeled and adjusted maybe once, but with good pressure applied, a child can not move it. I wasn't aware before purchase that they had an unlock feature. That's a bonus. The two "keys" are nice because the locks are spread out over two rooms. It was a pain at first because I kept forgetting they were there, but I got used to them. My 2 little ones are a bit frustrated because they think the draws and cabinets are stuck. I received this unit at a reduced price in exchange for my testing and honest review. I'm not obligated to give it five stars. The reason it only got four stars is because the adhesive hook is 2 inches and where I have to put them is only half an inch. Other than that, I'm glad I bought them and I hope this review has been helpful to you.

Sweet they work!
Pros-Easy to install-Adhesive pads seem pretty strong-Easy to openCons-Sometimes when switching to latch mode, does not latchThis is my first magnetic locks I have installed. I have purchased a couple of different brands so I may have to redo my review later to add comments to my comparison. It's really easy to install. Make sure you don't make the latch too tight during install cause it won't have enough room to unmatched. I had to readjust then because I did just that. That's also when I learned the adhere very well. I installed these on my son's dresser drawers because he loves to open them and throw all his clothes on the floor lol. One problem I ran into was I placed them in the center for the drawer so they open evenly but that only works on the top drawer. The lower drawers I had to install them on the side and it allows for the opposite side to get open more, enough for my son to stick his little hands in. I'm not sure if that will be an issue later but we'we'll see what happens. I received this product at a discount for my honest unbiased review.

Completely hidden from view. Easy to install and use.
This is the product I have been looking for.We needed something to prevent our toddler from getting into our kitchen cabinets. The idea of taping items on the outside of our nice Maple cabinets, which would undoubtably ruin the finish. Even if it did not leave an imprint in the finish, the finish would age differently under the tape, and it would still show. With this system, the tape goes on the inside of the cabinet. Nothing needs to show on the outside, although they provide a ring to tape in place on the outside if you need it, but it is only there to guide you in use of the key, and is not necessary. I won't be using those.Installation was pretty easy. Tape the catch on the inside top of the cabinet. Then, line up the lock on the inside of the door, with the catch, and tape it to the door with the included double-sticky tape.It is easy to unlatch for use when the child is not around, or set the latch to protect the child, then line up the magnetic key to unlock the latch. In theory, a warm compress will allow the tape to come away easily. I have my doubts about that. But, I could see leaving these in place permanently, since they do not get in the way when not being used, and work well when needed.I received this item at a discount in return for my honest and unbiased review

These are VERY easy to install
INSTALL:These are VERY easy to install. In total took less than 15 minutes to install all of the locks.USE:The On/off works well and is very helpful so you can disable the locks when cooking and the child isn't in the room. Despite being secured with only adhesive tape they seem fairly secure. My child has been unable to get the cabinets open after attempting several times, but he is only 12 months old... Not sure how well they would hold up against a determined 3 year old.COST:For $27 these are quite expensive, but are still a much better buy than purchasing a 4 pack.I did receive this product for a discount in exchange for my honest review and that is definitely not a guaranteed endorsement of the product as you see here.If you find this review helpful please let me know by clicking yes/helpful on this review for me.
