Fine, high quality mineral salt; used by international chefs
High quality, very fine mineral salt harvested from Okinawan sea waters. I have been informed this particular brand is highly regarded and is used by international chefs for its quality. It has a powdery fine grain. I once visited the manufacturing plant in Okinawa and bought the salt in its gift shop. Now I have reordered on Amazon and am pleased with the purchase. It is pricey, but since Okinawa is the home of many of the longest lived people in the world, I believe the healthful minerals are worth the price.

塩自体は良いのですが
The media could not be loaded. クッキングボトルの蓋がしっかり閉まらず隙間が開いた状態になり、湿ってしまいます。しっかり閉めても手を離すと蓋が浮いてしまい、隙間が出来ます。改善を望みます。

最初はコレを買ったほうがいいかも
袋入りを長く使っていましたが、そのたびに必ず乾いたスプーンを袋に突っ込まなければならず、料理の時も少々面倒くさかったです。ボトル入りだと食卓でも料理用でも使いやすくて、とてもいいです。空になったら、袋入りを買ってリフィルでOK。塩の味は好みがあると思いますが、まろやかで精製塩とは別次元の美味しさだなと個人的には思います。糖質制限中で使える調味料に制約がある中、ぬちまーすはコレだけで十分に美味しいので助かっています。夏は炭酸水500ミリリットルに、ぬちまーす２つまみとレモン汁を加えてスポーツドリンク代わりにしています。

専用のボトルが快適
今まで、市販の塩用の容器に詰め替え用のぬちまーすを入れて使っていたのですが、穴がつまって出て来なくて苦労していました。クッキングボトル入りのぬちまーすは、大き目の穴が開いていて、ふるとスムーズに出て来て快適。買って良かったです。ぬちまーすは、塩の味がきつくなくてマイルドで、すっと溶けるので、以前から気に入っています。

雪塩って使い使いづらいですよ
湯気がたってるお鍋に使うには、湿気で中身が固まるのでお勧めできません。つぶではなく、粉ってことを覚えておいて下さい。バトルではなく、袋のを手で使うのが良いと思います。

どうかな。
ボトルの出口の穴が雑過ぎて直接振りかけると料理が辛くてとんでもない事になります。大袋はもっと使い辛いです。他のボトルに詰め替えても湿気で直ぐに詰まりました。この塩の異常な細かさが原因かと思います。塩事態の味は岩塩の方が好みです。
