Good for my diabetes

Do not like the capsules. They are very big and uncomfortable to swallow. I usually don't have issues with pills, but these get "stuck" and it's aggravating. Ceylon cinnamon is a great product, but I wish they had another option. A gel capsule would be great, and maybe someone will come up with one soon.
