Exactly as shown and described. This is an alloy plate also, not plastic. I like how the mount is off center which allows you to install a light without interfering with the stem or cables.

Headline says it all. These mounts are extremely flimsy. Broke one just trying to attach a Garmin Edge. Broke a second when I bumped the Garmin Edge after it'd been attached. Third broke while out on a mt. bike ride, though not sure how as it was hit in any way. I think the vibrations of the ride caused it to crack. Nearly lost a several hundred dollar bike computer as a result. DON"T BUY THESE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT LOSING WHATEVER IS ATTACHED TO IT! At least they are "only" $6 a pop. Waste of money.

I used this adapter to mount a Cateye micro wireless computer to a Trek Blender Stem.

The plastic is too thin. I used the mount to hold a headlight, and it shook a lot. The beam was not steady. Eventually, the mount broke, when I hit a fast bump. Better to get a mount with a solid base that you screw the garmin mounting plate to.
