I have been doing a lot of research on the benefits of daily us of coconut oil. As a 45 year old woman I will try anything to help me lose the weight I have gained over just the last 2 years. I've tried diet pills, different foods and a lot of exercise videos, lol. I have done a lot of research too and coconut oil has many benefits. I actually bought a jar of coconut oil to use for several things such as when I'm cooking, for facial moisturizer and of course as a weight loss tool. I will say that for cooking and as a moisturizer, not bad but to have to eat it, not good. So when I saw this, I had to have it! It is rather large pill so for some it may be hard to swallow. I just take it with all my morning vitamins and I have no problem. I have noticed no taste or side effects has of yet or weight loss but I don't think I have had enough time to notice a difference. They are 100% organic as well as natural ingredients, you can't go wrong. There is a month supply when taking 2 pills daily, morning and night. Because of the benefits that are offered when using coconut oil, I will continue to take them. I am interested to see if it will help my hair become more shiny and softer too. It's great for your hair, skin and nails so I'm looking forward to the results! I can say enough about how great it is that coconut oil is now available in softgels. I have seriously written this review like 6 times but keep getting interrupted before I can post it. The stuff is great and great for you. Coconut oil keeps you from getting Alzheimer's and boosts your immune system. I used to stir some in with my coffee daily but this has replaced that.
