I baught this for my.toddler because he wasnt sleeping well at night and always ended up balling up his blanket and sleeping on it baught the pillow and he slept through the night finally. It is small and it is not overstuffed. No need to worty about suffocafion or anything. But it is smaller than i expected it to be. I made 2 pillow cases for it out of a normal sized pillow case
