Spa Luxe 2 in 1 Facial Steamer with Magnifying Lamp Combo (300A & 1001T)

BUYER BEWARE!! We purchased three of these steamers for a new location of our skincare studio. We were so excited as these were a step up from the ones we've been purchasing in the past that tended to begin to fall apart after about 18 months. We purchased them, set them up and immediately one didn't work. They tried to give us instructions on how to fix, it still didn't work. We got a part replacement and then the 2nd steamer broke. While waiting for a part replacement on the 2nd one, the 3rd one quit working.At this point only 1 of the three steamers works, they won't refund us and we have to "send these in for repairs". Ummm, we see clients 7 days a week, so I can't send these in for repairs without having to buy 3 other backup steamers...which at this point we will have to do since these NEVER work for more than a few days at a time.

The first one I got was broken but they were good about exchanging it. The mag lamp part, is already janky now after about only 6 months. :/

Received no response from the seller after several emails. The machine was received with a chip in one of the pieces that holds the magnifying glass in place. This further broke very quickly. After 2 months, the glass fell out completely. a few months later the heating element broke. HUGE WASTE of money. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've used a number of steamers & this is by far the best. The entire unit is great quality & I couldn't be more pleased. I love the digital aspect & there is no annoying ticking from a timer & no ding when it's done. I highly recommend this unit.
