Didn't work for slicing salmon for gravlax

Köpte för att kunna skära tunna skivor av t ex skinka. Dålig skärpa som jag dock kunde rätta till. Något vek i stålet. Annars ok

Excellent knife only that the end is rounded and not pointed. I needed a pointed end.

Da ich leidenschaftlicher Angler bin und auch mal grätenreiche Fische fange, habe ich nach so ein geraden Messer gesucht. Ich benutze dies, um den Fisch nach dem filetieren zu schröpfen. Dafür ist dieses Messer ideal. Bin sehr zufrieden damit.
