Symphony Touch 80 Personal Air Cooler For Home with Honeycomb Pads, Powerful Fan, Cool Flow Dispenser (80L, White)

Neither cools the room in winter nor summer, even though the cooler has proper window ventilation. I’ve tried placing it outside the window with the air directed into the room, but the result is the same—it performs just like a ceiling fan and doesn’t actually cool the room.

I've purchased this product a month ago and I'm so happy !! cooling is very nice it's not that loud .. the noise is same as other coolers .. I took this cooler especially for my hall it covers almost 20feet ..don't expect like a desert cooler but it does the job !!! The most important feature I seriously loved it that is "humidity control!" I've never felt any humidity so far ...way better than desert cooler !! I don't know why so many negative comments trust me guys it's a nice product !!! Very slim designed cooler doesn't take much area !! ONE MORE THING HAVE TO REMEMBER GUYS EVERYDAY COOLING WILL NOT BE THE SAME. It's COMPLETELY DEPENDS ON AMBIENT TEMPERATURE !! IT DEPENDS ON THE HUMIDITY LEVEL THE PLACE YOU LIVE ... wish I could add the video too anyways choose wisely!!

The Product Description clearly states that there are 6 honeycomb pads bu the one i got had only 2 honeycomb pads and the rest are normal pads, what is the point of investing so much money and not getting a worthy product. I don't feel that the cooling is adequate as well the normal ones which you get at 6000 bucks or so are much better than this.The build quality is also very bad, the plastic doesn't look durable.

Product very good and useful but user's manual and product information booklet not provided despite making complaint to Amazon's customer care.

Making fool with the specification like Mosquitoes Repeller & PM2.5, Smell, Bacteria & Allergy filters, Symphony just giving you the "Net(Rs.100)" which you can buy from local markets. & can fit & use it in your cheaper coolers.Build quality is just like local coolers.Noise is on avergae.Remote is just a piece of show off, Not working well even with closer distance.Wrong wheels are getting to every customer, as I read the same issue in other reviewsThe only things are better in it is its design, Motor & touch panel.

Symphony is brand no doubt it it is good, 110 ltrs is efficient and value for money. I found wheels attached in bottom for movement and screws for fixing bottom guard is missing/ not supplied or taken out supplier, even users manual is also missing. As it is delivered it in 8 days so I don’t have luxury to raise replacement/return request as this will take another one month as I experienced this this time. So I don’t have choice except accept it.Packing and handling was good but Delhivery service and status reporting is not good anymore.
