Nice brushes for the price.

These brushes are great! I love them! I am an artist and crafter. I paint a lot all through the year. I am currently using these brushes to paint a large kitchen furniture set - table, sideboard and 6 chairs which have detailed areas and appliques with 4 different colors of paints, 2 colors of wax,and artist's paints. The smallest brush has been ideal for the detail and more. The round brush with the pointed but staggered bristles has been perfect for getting colored waxes into the detail areas. The round brush is a great paint brush for overall painting. I've used these with chalk paint, latex paint and creamy waxes in addition to chalk paste. I have had very minimal loose bristles. I would say maybe 3 or 4 bristles at the most have come loose out of all three brushes in the entire set. I love the size of the handles which fit my small hands. I like the texture of the bristles, the shape of each brush and how easy they are to paint with and clean. Highly recommend. I will buy more.

I use them all the time, very good quality and perfect size, good for small project and larger too.

My brushes just arrived today, so I haven’t had a chance to use them yet, however, I have examined them thoroughly. I’m a very tactile person and I have to say that these brushes feel good in the hand, no matter how I hold them! The oval brush, I think it’s called, feels awesome against my skin. The bristles are just the right stiffness. I think they will be great to paint with. Also, I moved the bristles on all brushes and didn’t lose a single hair. Can’t wait to try them out! Very happy with the purchase! I would recommend just based on what I see so far.🙂

I needed a new set of chalk paint brushes and thought these would be great because of the price. Upon chalk painting the bristles would come off the brush and get stuck onto the surface and i would have to try to scratch it off with my finger and then repaint the area which is so annoying and waste of time! Not sure if its just the one i received but that was my experience.

I have used these for two years for all my chalk paint projects. They have held up better than the more expensive brushes. I always have the best results when I use them to apply chalk paint. I can get into every nook without leaving a glob of paint. The paint is also perfectly blended with no harsh paint strokes. These are the only chalk paint brushes I am buying when they need to be replaced (if they ever do).

I used my new set of brushes for the first time today. The piece of furniture I am working on is a very small cabinet for my daughters tiny bathroom. I used the flat brush to apply the chalked paint. There are 3 shelves in this little cabinet. The size of the brush was perfect allowing me to paint the smaller spaces easily. The brush cleaned easily following the instructions pronted on the box the brushes came in. I can't wait to apply the wax and see how this little farmhouse project will turn out. I prepped the brushes according to the instructions on the package. I recommend these brushes for their quality and pricepoint.
