Fairy Garden Miniature Blue Water Stream & Bridge Kit

These people are great. They got a message from me, and I was flipping out. Apparently Amazon had sent me a chair instead of a bridge and I was infuriated!!! Anyway, I sent them a message. They sent me a whole new package; with more water, stones, and an extra fairy figurine!! Little did they know, that it was actually the fairy that I was going to get next. This also came with a handwritten note, saying how much they apologize. I can be happier with the product and the seller.The product is beautiful the color blue is perfect and the stones or go around it looks really nice. It's abuetigul set and I recommend it! I feel like the customer is sometimes wrong but they make them feel like I'm right. In retail, you're supposed to go by the motto, the customer is always right" and they abide by this. Not only that, but they went above and beyond, sending me an extra figurine and I handwritten note. To me, that means a lot. It means they care about my satisfactory and I am very satisfied!!
