These are like 2 1/2 inches wide
These are like 2 1/2 inches wide! They look like they are for adults in the sales picture but when you get them they look like they are for a 4 yr old! THEY ARE TINY! And NO pictures or instructions how to use them, and they DONT stay in place! DO NOT BUY THESE ! THERE IS NO RETURNS ON THIS JUNK!!

These are not what I received. I received the HappyFeet Deluxe Plantar Fasciitis Silicone Heel Sleeve. I am sure it was a mistake at hipiing, but I had to return the heel sleeve as I dont' have issues with my heels, I needed the contoured Ball of Foot Cushions

Small, thin inserts helped a little but didn't wow me.
These foam pads are very small and very thin. They barely measure 2.75 inches across and aren't much longer. There is a tiny indent where the big toe should lay and a bump below that which goes under your toes. The majority of the pad is probably not even a quarter inch thick. The bottom that is supposed to be self sticking is just rough foam. I wear a size 9.5 to 10 ladies sneakers and these pads don't cover much of the bottom of my foot. I bought them specifically for my sneakers because I found that walking more is starting to hurt the ball of my right foot.They actually do add a little bit of cushion to my shoes without adding bulk. I found that it is easier to tuck them inside my sock instead of placing them in the shoe first and then trying to jam my foot into the shoe. They can be easily washed with a little soap and air dried. My foot still hurt after walking three miles but is was more bearable. The pads are a quick fix instead of buying very expensive ortho inserts but they seem a little cheap for what you get. I received a discount to purchase this product for a review but I am not obligated to give it an excellent rating.

Not for me
Returned immediately. I'm a size 7, these covered 3 of my toes. There are no size options. These fitt my 3 year old but not me. I really needed something for my nursing shifts. Very disappointed
