Qooble Silicone Mate Gourd with Bombilla Drinking Straw for Yerba Mate Tea Herbal Infusions (Lime Green)

This is too small. My typical gourd holds twice the amount. I try to fill this up but then it's floppy and I spill it. 4 sips later and it's empty. Also, the gourd lends a richer flavor that the silicone can't match. It's easy to clean though. I'm glad I tried it. I would give more stars if it were standard size. Perhaps I didn't read the fine print. I like photos that compare with common objects.

Ordered two and they've been great. Doesn't get as hot to the touch as some reviews say. Flexible not flimsy. Would be great if it came in a larger size but still no complaints.

Better than expected!

Wow! I am SO impressed with this mate cup that I'm going to buy a few more. I have seen these a couple of times on ReviewKick before, (it's a site I use to buy things at a discounted rate for an honest review), but didn't have a reason to buy one.A friend of mine who drinks mate daily was going on a trip, so I thought this would be nice as a travel cup. She was elated! The cup itself is silicon and smashable, squishable, sturdy material that would survive a trip no problem. The straw is metal with a tiny bulb on the end (meant to keep the mate leaves from entering the straw) and is also very sturdy. It comes in fun colors and I just love it!
