Nice, rich vanilla scent
This is a wonderful scent. As you can see, vanilla is an expensive oil. Finding one that is strong and sweet smelling isn't easy. Unfortunately, you have to pay for vanilla and when blending scents, nothing can replace it. I use essential oils almost exclusively to make soy candles, so I don't use much in each candle. I can stretch the value by blending it to balance strong, earthy scents or tone down heavy florals. It grounds citrus, softens spicey scents, and perks up woodsy scents. Basically, it enhances everything, lol. I don't need to use a lot of it in each blend, but I haven't found anything yet that it doesn't make better. It is by far the most useful and even essential of all of the oils I like to use. With this oil, I just make my peace and pay the price. It is especially disappointing to get a new bottle and find out it isn't good quality. After reading the reviews I decided to give this brand a try. I am glad that I did. It is nice. Its intensity is more than adequate for my use., and it blends smoothly. I will buy this brand again.

My Favorite Vanilla Oil for Two Major Reasons...
I use a lot of essential oils, but vanilla is a different animal, since there is no such thing as vanilla essential oil as true essential oils are derived from plant materials, and vanilla by necessity is derived from the bean. I know some people have complained that the scent isn't strong enough, but they must remember this is NOT a true essential oil. The scent is much like natural vanilla: authentic and rich, but delicate. If you want a stronger aroma, you're going to end up with a synthetically-derived scent made from vanillin or something worse. I make a moisturizing oil using coconut oil, aloe vera, and avocado oil, and scent it with vanilla oil and a little orange essential oil. The vanilla scent holds up fine in this concoction, and together with the orange smells absolutely delicious (deeply reminiscent of Creamsicles). Other vanilla oils have smelled synthetic to me, and I've steered away. Another big plus for the Fabulous Frannie's oil - probably its initial selling point when I first purchased it - is that, unlike other vanilla oils, it is clear. Others are dark brown, which not only tints your recipes in ways you may not like, it also increases the chances of staining. This is a good find.

This is one of the best deals on the market for Vanilla EO
I don't always have time to leave product reviews, but since I noticed so many complaints on here I wanted to put in my two cents. This is one of the best deals on the market for Vanilla EO, which, has actually been attained by means of C02 distillation. This is truly authentic, and a little goes a long way in all my handmade lotions/soaps. The scent is very strong, but subtle/nutty as Vanilla SHOULD Be. I have no idea why people are saying what they are. If you know what TRUE vanilla smells like (using beans for cooking, for example, as I have..), then you know this was made from real vanilla beans. Clearly it's authentic. You can't fake the genuine scent of vanilla, I personally know the difference because of cooking with the beans. I am in love with this essential oil. I originally had a smaller version from a value pack I bought from Frannie. So far, I think all of Frannie's EO's are 100% real and impeccable quality. Thank you Frannie for the quality products, and please don't ever let your standards down!

Perfect for making perfume
Perfect for making perfume. Smells like organic vanilla beans. Not a sweet scent as many think it should be. I also diffuse it. Very nice. I have bought from this company before. I am not disappointed.

it supplied a wonderful aroma to fall asleep to
The fragrance is not that strong, upon first opening, I did not smell vanilla at all. But I dabbed some on to my wrist and smelled and it was heaven! I used the oil in my diffuser and it took a long time to bring any fragrance to the room, but having it next to my bed, it supplied a wonderful aroma to fall asleep to. This morning I dabbed some on my wrists and neck and I get random whiffs of the oil when I'm moving around and I love it. I will try mixing with water to make a carpet/furniture spray as well and see how that goes. The smell is very nice, it is a large bottle, I only wish the fragrance was a tad stronger.

These oils exceeded my excpectations!
I am beyond thrilled with this product! I am a small business soap maker and sometimes I can't rely on my regular soap supply websites to get my supplies in a quick manner without a huge shipping charge. I found Fabulous Frannies recommended while reading bad reviews for other oils on Amazon. So after reading all the positive feedback by verified buyers, I ordered several bottles in the 30ml size. First, the packaging was very professionally done. Second, the bottles were all full only leaving a proper amount of headspace, which should be excpected. Lastly, each oil had a natural not synthetic odor, which after using many brands and types of oils, your nose begins to recognize the lab created verses what comes from nature. These oils exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to use them in my soaps. I can stop searching through all the others.

Amazing scent and good value
I am a smoker and I don't like the smell of smoke in my house after I'm done. The lavender scent is strong enough to cover the smoke odor and even after the smoke odor is gone send of the lavender Still Remains in the house and keeps my house smelling good all the time. The essential oil is strong enough that you don't have to use a lot so it is a good value for the money you pay

I purchased this oil to make homemade insect repellant and am very happy with the quality. I will purchase again.

This extract is affordable and arrives quickly. The scent is crisp, clean and relaxing - a few drops is all you need. Unlike other oil preparations, it does not leave a “sludge” in the diffuser. I am a repeat customer; highly recommended.

I am so, so happy with this product! It’s lovely - a pure and true vanilla that smells just like a basket of sweet vanilla means. Vanilla is quite tricky - as a previous reviewer said there is no such thing - strictly speaking - as vanilla essential oil because by definition an essential oil is extracted from plant material by steam, water distillation or by maceration and pressing/physical pressure. This process doesn’t work on vanilla so natural vanilla scent comes from processes that some form of solvent or tincture (extract). I’ve tried a variety of different natural vanilla products - extracts, oleoresins ans absolute and there was always either a scent problem (the oleoresin is to potently Resin-like an sdifficult to dissolve, the extracts were too weak, water-based and boozy and the absolute was incredibly expensive. The reason this vanilla smells so pure and true to the bean is that this is in fact a CO2 extract - carbon dioxide acts as a gentle solvent to extract the scent and then it completely evaporated leaving no residue - the process also does not require heat and that preserves a truer scent. I am almost entirely sure that this is a minor percentage of CO2 extract mixed with a carrier oil because based on previous experience with the absolute the scent is not potent enough to be pure CO2 extract and it would also be impossible for the company to offer 30ml of pure vanilla CO2 at this price - the price is great even Considering what is likely a small quantity of the extract (a 30ml bottle of pure undilluded vanilla CO2 extract would normally require a special order from a perfumery ingredient supplier with good natural product selection and it would normally cost around $500). Given what I know about the pricing of the vanilla CO2 I am therefore thrilled to find a bottle containing it available at an affordable price on Amazon! My only wish is that the company indicated the concentration and offered a more expensive and more concentrated version of this product. I would love to use a more concentrated version in my home made products and my diffuser but this works perfectly in the diffuser anyways - I’m just greedy for the beautiful fresh but warm and sweet true vanilla scent it offers. I mix 1 part of sweet orange for 3 parts of this vanilla oil in the diffuser and it smells amazing. As an aside - I was very very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product - buying retail essential oils and natural scent components is very hit and miss and there are quite a few companies out there that lie about purity or who sell chemical fragrance oils and try to pass them off as natural scents but this is not one of those products - it’s made from real vanilla. I obviously haven’t put this product through any kind of chemical analysis but I’m an amateur/hobbyist perfumer So I feel pretty confident about my assessment. If you love vanilla and want to dab some on or if you want something sweet for your diffuser I would say you really must buy this it’s excellent.
