Just Awesome
Very very comfortable to use for an entire twelve hour shift, which all told probably had music played fo ten of those hours. Never run out of juice and popped right back into the charging case ready for next time.I swear by Shure in ear monitors, so much so I have three pairs all told. The only improvement I can think of is to get a pair of the multi-driver versions as these are single driver units.

Sounds amazing! But the adapter is a big let down
Sound quality on Shure is excellent and the fitting of the ear buds into ears is very comfortable. Super secure and great for on the move without having to worry they’ll fall out.The key things I didn’t like: 1) for me the left and right intermittently kept loosing Bluetooth connection for less than a second, but this resulted in music in each ear being out of sync, which was very annoying (I updated the firmware but issues remained, location or device wasn’t a factor (indoor and outdoor also tried different devices like phone and tablet) had same problem. 2) The bit that sits behind the ears is very clunky and kept catching the collar of my jacket. 3) mic is only on one side.I returned my pair because of the Bluetooth issue.

Received faulty unit and had to pay to return item
The first unit I received had severe connectivity issues across multiple devices. It would cut out every few seconds during music playback when connected to a Google Pixel 5 or iPhone 12.I returned the unit, and Shure sent me a replacement, but I had to pay for the shipping even though the unit was faulty.The replacement unit works great so far! Just be aware that there may be a hidden cost to purchasing this item.

How to waste £200+ in one hit
Had the head phones for about a week then the left hand one would not connect at all. Followed the trouble shooting guide step by step but to no avail. Tried getting intouch with sure but its the holiday time so no luck there. Just a bit annoyed that I have had no music over the holidays....thanks sure. For all your customer care care as well or lack off.
