Will this oil work in my 00 kx 125

Should be no problem as far as I can tell for a premix. 2 stroke motors are all very similar, this is good enough for modern KTM's, so I'd assume yours would be fine. I'd just do a quick google or check owners manual for what's required, and if all it lists is the oil weight and the ratios, then you should be good.
