PK2016 420Springless CHK Valve

The old stem did not have the rubber umbrella bushing. Maybe it blew of when I pulled the stem out of the faucet. Maybe it was never there. I replaced the end washer at first from the kit and it still leaked. I pulled it out and super glued the umbrella bushing on the stem were its pictured on a New Style Faucet replacement stem. It works fine for now. If it fails again, I'll suffer thru replacing the faucet with a new style faucet.

My frost free hose bid had very little water going through it. Changed out the valve and worked like a charm. A little difficult to get the old one off the stem but gave a good tug with plyers.

Perfect part to stop my hose bib from leaking out thru the small hole in the handle. Replacing the part was super easy.

I would like to return this item, I didn't have a chance to work on my leaking faucet until last week(Making it past the date for a return), and this part was not needed for the repair. My Outside faucets, do not have a part like this, so I will never need it. If you can do anything for me. I would appreciate, hate to waste it.Thanks,Dan

To replace a bad o ring and plunger

EZ fix. Just turn off the water and open the faucet a couple of turns. Remove the stem and pull off the old valve with a pair of plyers. I just put the stem on end and gently tapped in the new valve.
