My children loved this book and even as a parent it was nice to read through.

The book is amazing the illustrations are great a value for money

Deverá expandir demais a imaginação da reação, ilustrações lindas. Fala um pouco de cada mundo, folclore, superstição. MT detalhes, bem legal.

My 8 YO borrowed this from the library and full on sat on the couch to read it cover to cover; he loved it!! It was detailed with enough cool facts to be interesting and readable and also summarized enough that readers don’t get bored; great pictures and would recommend!

This is the most beautiful book of mythical creatures that I have really enjoyed sharing with my kids. With chapers including Tricksters, Shapeshifters, Creatures of the Deep and Winged Wonders, this book has something for everyone and is sure to become a treasured tome! I happen to know a fair bit about folklore and mythological creatures but even so, I am learning about some new ones that I have never even heard of before, so it really is one for all the family! The illustrations are amazing and it is beautifully laid out too, as books by Dorling Kindersley so often are. There are plenty of dragons, fairies, unicorns, griffins, trolls, giants, golems, banshees and there is even a page on the Cat Sith too. This is definitely a book to keep and treasure and we all highly recommend it!
