Q: What’s the warranty

According to GearWrench web site its lifetime on everything.

Q: does this come in a foam case for tool box use?

It may come in the plastic case now but it did use to come in the foam cases like the YouTube videos

Q: What is the difference between 120xp ratchet set and 84-tooth set?

I have never owned the 84 tooth ratchet but from what I understand the xp120 has 60 teeth but double pawls. This makes them feel like 120 teeth, I'm impressed by the the quality and feel of these ratchets.

Q: Does the 120XP have a locking flex head?

No. It clicks into different positions and does not lock. Ive had my set for a while now, they are proving to be better then snap-on ratchets.
