I've had some less-than-good experiences with protein shakes that are "meal replacements" for weight loss. Wake Shake is a good meal replacement product. No big sugar rush or crash, filling, good flavor without too much artificial sweetener aftertaste. I am buying it again when this is gone. Personally, I prefer the cinnamon bun flavor which I also bought at the same time as this one. It gets 5 stars for better flavor.

I am so delighted with my WakeShake purchase! I suffer from severe digestive issues, and I am always in the market for delicious meal substitutes that will not upset my delicate digestive system, especially before going to the gym. I mixed this yummy Caramel Latte flavor with unsweetened almond milk, about an hour before heading to the gym to train. I had sustained energy, and absolutely zero stomach upset! LOVE the taste, texture, and it doesn't upset my stomach, finally a protein powder my body can handle. I would give it 5 stars but I think it's too expensive.

I am giving WakeShake Caramel Late 5 stars because it is the only protein powder I have found that doesn't have an "off" taste to me. It also happens to be the only powder that doesn't cause me stomach distress. I wish it was a little more economical but I don't use it every day so I can justify the cost.

I have been doing Keto a long time, and butter is great on a lot of foods, but drinking it straighthas never been anything I would call good. This tastes like melted butter. It's gross. The caramel is really only a hint of a smell all you can taste is butter. Any company who makes protein powders really needs to make sample sizes because otherwise things like this are a huge waste of money for the consumer
