fits great and zips closed. i purchased for my mom who is elderly and sometimes has a few ooooops! this works perfectly. her mattress is thick, and this went over it well.. This product was great until one day we took it off our mattress and then liner had fallen apart into tiny vinyl pieces! It made a giant mess and clearly provided no waterproofing for sometime. Nothing more than normal use and had for a few years. I will be looking for another brand.

I was very pleased as I placed this cover on my father's mattress. It didn't crinkle and wasn't stiff. However, the zipper is a weak link. as I finished zipping up the cover, the tab came off in my hands as I came to the end. If I never have to change or launder it, this will be fine but I'm disappointed. I didn't have the option of returning it and waiting for a new one as my dad needed it that night, but the zipper is a serious weak link. Handle it very delicately.
