Looking at the package I just received in the mail Maxwell HP-100 headphones 6 foot cord!

Q: i want a pair of head sets that runs by battery so i can hear tv

This is a plug in wired cheap headphone with no battery. It is a reasonable purchase in this price range if you want a basic simple wired headphone.

Q: will it work with my mac?

On my Mac bought last year I think you would just plug it in where the speaker plug goes so it should work but why don't you just call Apple to be sure.
