Auguste Rodin Paperback – Import, 1 April 1997

A good book for a basic understanding of Rodin's work. Its quite thin and doesn't contain too much information but that's what I was looking for. It has a selection of Rodin's work, mostly of his most famous pieces. It reminded me of something you pick up from an art gallery when visiting an exhibition.

the book was very brief; i read it in 1 day. I kind of wish i would have spent a couple more dollars for a larger book. however, the information in the book was very important and interesting. My favorite sculptor.

The colour photos were not very good, and a lot of th detail was lost in shadow, yet a good collection of his work is in this book.

I collect the books from this series and some of them are not as delightful to read as the other ones. I would like to have learned more about the artist and his pieces. I didn't quite like the narrative style, to be honest.
