12 Inch Red Copper Fry Pan Deluxe

Better quality than I thought. Works as described nonstick slippery. Of all clad pans which are extremely high-quality and durable I have now been using this pan for over a month with absolutely no issues and it is still a slippery as the first time I seasoned it. Make sure you season it as per the instructions for 20 minutes in the oven with a light coat of vegetable oil. Also do not use on anything higher than medium heat, most people are not using this product correctly it works flawlessly.

Cooks eggs, hash-browns. grilled cheeses, chicken, and anything else that usually sticks perfectly. The material is very true to its description! I always hand wash to protect the integrity of it- but hand-washing is very easy because nothing sticks to it. Would purchase more! My only complaint would be that the sides should curve inward a bit more to prevent food from sliding off the pan too quickly. The handle does get a bit hot also- so use a mitten when moving the pan around!

a month into usage and the pan is warped. I treated well, hand washed, watched temperatures, still warped.

So easy to clean!! Just like the commercial. Need less oil and butter to cook with also. Love the non-stick surface. My husband ruins almost every skillet we have by grilling steaks in them. This one he has not even managed to scratch yet! LOVE IT!!!!

This product touts the fact that you can't scratch them so use metal utensils. Well don't do it. I have had my pan a little over a month and it's scratched all to pieces. And because I bought it from Amazon, there is no express warranty after 30 days, so the lifetime guarantee is BS. If you must buy this pan then go to the Red Copper website and purchase it there, at least then you will have a warranty.

I also bought the silicone spatula so I wouldn't scratch the pan (like the instruction stated) and I couldn't be happier. The food just slides right off the pan....no more spraying crap all over the pan so food doesn't stick...wooohoooo!!!

I was esctatic to try this pan when it arrived,I followed the instructions and seasoned it before using and cooked the best omelets,scrambled eggs etc. Everything slid out of the pan just like the commercial,nothing stuck and the clean up was effortless. After a month of using, my eggs began to stick to the pan while cooking so I figured it was time to re-season the pan in the oven similar to seasoning cast iron ware. It worked so I was back in business until I started noticing scratches on the inside of my pan from cooking utensils. The infomercials show that the pan is scratch-proof and wont chip but my pan is looking horrible on the inside and I would like a refund if possible because it doesn't live up to the expectations.
