You need an SMA Male to N Male cable like this one: https://amzn.to/3g64sd6 as well as a TS9 to SMA jumper cable: https://amzn.to/3FX1dki Note that the LB1120 like all LTE devices is designed to perform best with 2 identical antennas, so consider installing 2 of these about 2 feet apart.

As long as your amplifier uses 50 ohm connections for both connections, you can use this antenna on either side.
