Easy to read and fallow.

I got this kindle book for free , thankfully, as I would have been angry had I paid for it! The book wasn’t very in-depth and didn’t really give me any deep knowledge. Have already deleted it from my kindle library.

I loved this healing guidebook, I found lots of value in the exercises as they really helped me work through blockages I had been experiencing. The affirmations are delightful and powerful ✨️ I definitely recommend this book 💚
