Absutely love this waist trainer. I've tried a couple and this is the most comfortable one yet. I am 5'3" and 125lbs and I got a small. The first row fits just tight enough I can tell I'm wearing it but still breathe and move comfortably. Its giving me time to get used to wearing it before I start cinching it in.
