I have been taking these pills for over 2 1/2 years now - they are amazing! I have PCOS so carbs are a real issue for me, but these help me maintain my weight without having to give up carbs. I’ve tracked my weight loss journey with and without the use of these pills and I definitely noticed better results with them for sure. While not all products work for everyone, I can attest that these worked beautifully for me and hopefully will do the same for you! If you’re on the fence, I would say to give them a try!

I've read several of the reviews for this carb blocker and it is obvious that people have no idea of what it does, and does not do. It blocks a portion of the absorption of carbs during digestion. The estimates that I've seen say that, realistically, it may block about 30% of starches, not sugars, that are consumed. These products do nothing to block sugars, only starches like potatoes and wheat.These are NOT appetite suppressants or mood elevators.

I THINK they are working for me.

I have been taking this about 6 weeks and have lost 6 pounds without exercise. I guess that means it's working, but it certainly doesn't live up to some of the claims I have read. The good news is that it seems to work as an appetite suppressant. Normally, appetite suppressants do nothing for me, because I don't really need an appetite to eat. I eat stress. I eat for comfort. I eat when I'm bored. I eat when I'm reading or involved in some other sedentary activity. I eat simply because I like the taste of food. In fact, when I eat, I'm usually thinking about my next meal, so I really wasn't expecting much from the appetite suppressant aspect of this product. I must say, however, that it really does help me not to think about food so much. I honestly feel full enough that I don't want to eat. Another advantage of this product is that it doesn't make me nervous or jittery. I used another product that gave me so much anxiety, I almost went to the emergency room, afraid I was having a heart attack. I have not had a single adverse side effect from this product, at all. So in summation, yes, it seems to work without any adverse effects, as long as you don't mind that it's slow and easy and the pounds aren't just going to fall off overnight and without extra effort.

A few years back I started taking these and began to lose 2 or 3 pounds a month, not a week. Goodbye 30 lbs after a year. This is not noticeable weight loss in a month. You have to give it time and you have to understand how to take it. Carb free diets are not necessary or sustainable. It's very affordable and no side effects

I’ve lost 20 lbs not dieting most of the time and just faithfully taking after eating carbs. I tested it when I first bought it after eating cheesecake and dinner. I didn’t gain a pound. I usually gain 5 pounds after eating that same meal. I feel better after I take it . I don’t feel sluggish after eating carbs and sugar. I don’t feel hyper after eating carbs and sugar. It’s a great product. If you take diabetes meds says not good to mix with that cause it really works and may drop your sugar too low. Check with doctor first. ❤️

Be prepared to lose your money if you order this product, as Amazon does not allow returns! This product made me extremely thirsty, so I got curious and opened a capsule to taste it. It turned out to be salt or MSG with a hint of bean powder. There is definitely something wrong with the manufacturing process—either the wrong ingredient was added, or something wasn't cleaned properly. Due to the extremely poor quality control, everyone should avoid this product for the sake of their health.
