Beware if you get migraines!
I wish I could continue to take these. The science seems sound. Unfortunately, beans are very high in potassium, and that , it turns out, for me, is a migraine trigger.

Give it a try
I had high hopes for the Carlyle White Kidney Bean supplement, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I took it consistently as directed, hoping it would help with carb control and weight management, but I didn’t notice any real difference. Everyone’s body responds differently, so it might work better for others, but in my case, I didn’t see the results I was looking for. On the plus side, the capsules were easy to take and didn’t cause any side effects, so I appreciated that. Just wish it had been more effective for me.

So far so good.I have dealt w/ this company before & they have good quality products at a fair price.Also what they say is in the product that is what is in it w/ no hidden ingredients.I am using this product plus 1 more to try to get rid of the fat around my belly.This fat is what causes a lot of health problems.Plus they have a great customer service & will return your email to help w/ any questions about the product,remember they can not diagnosis.I will continue to do business w/ them.
