I recently had to call 911, to get an ambulance ride to the hospital. My heart was acting really crazy, and had me scared half to death. After 24 hours of various testing, turns out my Potassium levels (as well as Magnesium) were dangerously low. I was told to supplement my diet with Potassium Chloride, which tastes like Sodium Chloride Table Salt, but not as pleasing to taste. I started taking Potassium Citrate, which supplies a very bio-available form of Potassium, but is almost completely tasteless, so I can take it as is, or add it to foods and beverages without altering the taste of those items. This may have been a life-saver for me. Would highly recommend.

I am pleased with these tablets I know that banana’s have a good amount of potassium in them and I love them . I am on a diet and feel I don’t want to eat too many. I chose a low dose of potassium to see how I feel , but you can get higher doses if needed .
