Is this coffee ground or beans?

This is ground coffee. Delicious Coffee. Always a favorite of this household. It is hard as a brick when you receive it, as it is vacuumed sealed. Open the package along the dotted line. Empty it in a smaller "Chock Full" can. It fills it to the top. I bought one can of coffee at the store and use the bricks as refills. It's green because I use the same can over and over again, and I usually save at least two dollars on each brick that I buy. Every time I walk the coffee aisle in the grocery, I check the price, and am happy that I buy my coffee from Amazon.com.

What is the shelf life? (Not best by:)

The shelf life of this coffee is very good, it is vacuum packed in a block shaped package and it stores very nicely in a cabinet. The expiration date on the packages we have received is well into the future & gives you a lot of time to use it. When you open the coffee package the aroma is heavenly and the taste of the brewed coffee is also!!! The coffee stores well in an air tight container.

0 calories in black coffee. Can of coffee will make at least 120 cups of coffee in a 12 cup drip coffeemaker, dependent upon how strong you like your coffee. Fewer servings for French press due to more coffee grounds used.
