JOWTTE U5 Bluetooth Headphones Wireless Magnetic Earbuds Noise Cancelling w/Microphone Sweatproof Headset, Black

I really love the form and sound quality of this product. If only the earbuds would stay in place...I tried REALLY hard to love these headphones over the last few weeks. I purchased these to use while on the treadmill/staircase/elliptical machines. At best, I could keep one earbud in, but the right ear bud ALWAYS fell out. I used the smallest earbud attachments and the little hook piece that was included. The earbuds would stay in place for a few minutes as long as I am sitting in place or running no faster than 3mph. However, I STILL have to adjust my earbuds every few minutes if I don't want them falling out. If I tried to run faster than 3mph, the blimey earbuds just pop on out. I wish the function was just as amazing as the form. I get so frustrated with these headphones to the point of almost hating them. But, I can't help liking the look and sound quality. So, looks like I'll be trying to find ways to love this item until I find a replacement wireless set.

My initial experience with these headphones was very disappointing. They failed the first time I used them so I had to return them for a refund.Jowtte noticed my negative review and contacted me to apologize and see if I would update my review. I give Jowtte five stars for their quick emails and resiliency to try and persuade me to delete or revise my initial 1 star review. After being asked to delete or revise my review, I told Jowtte that I would not do it without a better experience so they agreed to send me a new pair of headphones at no charge.My experience with the new set has been a much more positive experience. However, I purchased another brand (TaoTronics TT-BH07U) after returning the defective pair and have been comparing the Jowtte headphones with the TaoTronics. My review is based on a comparison of the two.Fit:The TaoTronics headphones "lock" into my ear (I can feel a pressure difference in my ear canal) so they are great for being active and have not once slipped out. The Jowtte headphones are much bulkier and bigger because of how square they are so I am unable to get them to fit securely in my ears. Each time I try to run with them, I have to fight with them to stay in my ear, no matter which size buds I use.Sound:The Jowtte headphones are basic budget earphones so they sound ok. They do an ok job of blocking out outside noise so I really don't have a complaint. Since the TaoTronics fit much more securely in my ears, they do a great job of blocking out outside noise and have a much more dynamic sound when playing music with better bass and treble so, for less than ten dollars more are a much better value.Bluetooth Range.The Jowette headphones have decent rage but the TaoTronics seem to sound better from farther away and have a bit longer range.Final Verdict:These Jowtte headphones are you basic bargain Bluetooth headphones. If you can get them to fit more securely in your ears, you will have no issues with them (I'm a 6'2" man and they seem to big to fit in my ears). However, since I can't get them to fit right, they are only average. In comparison to my new TaoTronics headphones, they fall short on every single category so I would recommend paying a few bucks more and go with the TaoTronics.Thank you Jowtte for the customer service. I didn't like these headphones because of the fit, and that's not really a reflection on the product but just my own personal taste. The sound was not a problem. The best part is they saw my comment and offered to send me a different model (the ones that go over the ear) and I really like those, they sound great and fit very nicely. Great customer service goes a long way.

I bought these for my son, but all the earpieces were too big, they fell out of his ears. That worked, because I wanted a pair also. The same thing happened for me. The earpieces aren't even the same. I have attached a pic, but it doesn't show up great. If you look at the ear bud on the far left, it is way taller and wider than the rest, by a lot. So, I have one huge earbud and the rest at all close to the same size. I do not have a small head or ears, and they still won't stay in. veru disappointing.Update: The company did send me a new set of earbuds, and they fit. Thank you.

Broke within the first 30 days and couldn't get an exchange on a replacement. They would not charge any longer.

At first I only used these sitting at my desk working and was happy with them. They are lightweight and the sound was good. Unfortunately, once I started trying to move around with them the performance fell off. First it was during a workout where they were paired to the phone in my pocket and they cut out every 5-10 seconds. I tried using them with a different phone this morning and the sound cut out almost every other second while I walked into my office (again with the phone in my pocket).

Very very cheaply made. The buttons don't function properly and the "metal" piece on the back of the earbud fell off the first week of owning it. The battery sucks so much and it's so annoying hearing it say battery low every 5 seconds
