Mouldy and dying
Not sure what has happened here, the plants turned up within a day or two of ordering, which was great, but they look like they've been in storage for weeks. As soon as I opened the box I could smell the mould. At one point these were very healthy plants by the looks of it but they seem to have been stored in the box for what I assume is weeks. See photos for details. Would not recommend.

If you don't water it .... !!!
Well, I can tell you one thing and that's 'If you don't water it, it dies!' Thus it was with my poor Lithidora. But once I rediscovered it, dead as a dodo, having escaped in its pot to a little-visited area of my garden, then I nursed it with mortification and great care. And several months later it is coming back, all little green shoots, and looks as if it means business. Well, I hope the little green shoots are not weeds that have seized the opportunity, but are the very plant itself! I think they are. Perhaps next year, I'm hoping, with continuing intensive care, it will be restored to complete glory. I've awarded it full marks for trying - My Lithidora trying, that is, not me trying (though I really am trying now, honest!). I hope this is helpful. Especially for anyone like me, whose gardening is not always to perfection!
