Good value but will cost to use cloud
Good value unit, wider than door frame so needed to consider wall mounting.App installed but will cost to use cloud. I returned it due to size and cloud expence.Very good returns process

Cheap cos cheap product
Great for the cost. BUT say your out and someone rings your door bell... I have the fastest home broadband in tbe UK. Say I'm I'm somewhere where my phone is also connected to very fast broadband. With the doorbell near the router. It's almost impossible to cominicate with whonever is at your door!!

Great looking product, just too big for our application.
I have to say that the product finish was super and would have been ideal if not so big. Our door post is just too small to take the unit and there is no other safe place to mount it. Only reason for low score is that I never used the product or powered it up.

great entry into smart home products
Set up was simple. Install the reusable batteries, charge a little bit, download the app and follow the instructions to connect to WIFI and adjust settings. Overall, this is an awesome video doorbell and at this price a great entry into smart home products.Cons:Have to buy own batteriesThis model doesn't include chime

It came without batteries
I haven’t been able to get batteries I have had bell a month now and can’t use it any ideas for a quick fix would be very helpful babs 136 @sky.com
