The absolute best thing about this emergency kit is that it is reasonably compact and has a variety of items inside it. I love the case especially, as I can easily pack this in a suitcase to have in a rental car if we're traveling. I love that I'll have gloves and a headlamp on hand all the time, too (the headlamp does not come with the required 3 AAA batteries). The teeny ziplock bag with bandaids also has a small pair of plastic tweezers and a couple insect sting wipes, which is a nice bonus.A few tiny negatives: the quality of the gloves is not great, and overall I doubt that these items would stand up to most use. As an emergency kit, though, this fits the bill perfectly. I'll likely add in a reflective space blanket and maybe some Neosporin and Advil to round out this kit a little bit (perhaps hand warmers, too).I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Smaller gauge and more flexible cables than the standard set, but still work just as well. Great kit, love the material quality. Highly recommended.

I was interested in this product mainly with the goal of having my jumper cables in a compact, organized manner. My old cables were just the standard type that free-floated in the back of my SUV (the car doesn’t have a specific spot for jumper cables). This was a hassle because they were always in the way, my daughter always climbs over the 3rd row to play with them, and they are just an eye soar for me. In the picture attached, you can see my before and after (with this kit). I, fortunately, have not had the opportunity to use the items in the kit, but I will say it seems to be completely adequate and everything you would need. I bought this case for my 16 year old son to keep in his car as he just started driving. I like this case. It's very handy and zips up nicely. It keeps everything tidy and in order. It comes with gloves, jumper cables, a head flashlight, reflectors, rain "coat", and a first aid kit.
