My heaviest knife. Yes, sharp. New-sharp, not crazy-sharp. The bore is knid of wide, so not the best for delicate fruits and veggies (which is why you want sharp...) And heavy, did I mention? Finger hole thingey - pointless.Hate to say it, but so far it isn't replacing my old, old santoku knife. The one I got for free 14 years ago, at a swap/trade thrift store. The one that gets used several times daily. This knife, I'll keep but it's not replacing that one. Still.However, with the purchase of this knife, I also bought a nice sharpening stone, so that old knife will get a breath of new life... Still going strong. Cheap damn knife! Selling on ebay for 13.00! Lmao!

This is the sharpest knife I've ever used. The curved blade makes it easy to use for many different functions. It's nicely balanced and not too heavy. I love using this knife.

The knife started to get rust on it it's not laying in water I dnt dry it after wash but still dnt feel like it should be rusty already not my favorite right now
