First off this is a great kit. If you have done zilch about beard grooming then this will definitely help.. A lot. I got the verbena lime and it smells good. It's more of a rich lemon scent for those of you who care. It comes with all the products that you will ever need and they are of good quality. Packaging could be better, as other reviews say but if you bought a nice box (or a big pouch) it would work. Individual products are packaged really well. The brushes are good and feel strong, the combs are good too. My only negative would be the value, I think you can find almost as good products (keyword being almost) at a lower price on the market. I just wished they do something that is more travel friendly like a soap because the liquid amounts are too large for that purpose, if you don't care, then that's cool. if you are just starting out, this full kit may be excessive, you don't need everything immediately and I think (they do have smaller kits as well). I recommend, you start small and grow your arsenal and beard together.

For me personally, it does feel a bit on the pricier end of the spectrum for a Beard Care Kit. I do like that it comes with the essentials that you need in order to start off your beard growing adventure right - barber sheers, shampoo/conditioner, balm/oil and comb/brushes! It all comes in a box supplied with a straw sack to carry it in! (I don't see a use for it, but its a nice addition nonetheless)For me, the shampoo dried out my face and beard - I HAD to use the conditioner after I used the shampoo... which means I ran out of the conditioner faster than I did the shampoo because who runs out of shampoo first??? You definitely can smell the sandalwood shavings in the conditioner (I preferred the smell of the conditioner over everything in the box.) Didn't really use the balm or oil as I had gone to Rocky Mountain Barber Company for a supply there.I use the boar brush a lot, and I like that there's a travel one with a sack.As for the comb - it does produce a little static if you have a long enough beard. The "leather" strap that was attached to take it out of its casing did end up falling off of mine... Maybe they should sew this piece on rather than glue it.I wouldn't buy the kit again, but I definitely would purchase the brushes and sheers.

Purchased this as a starter kit as I grow my beard out. I love the quality of the oil, balm, shampoo, and conditioner. My wife loves the scent as well as it's subtle and not too sweet. My only issue was the mustache comb broke as I was cleaning it off and it just doesn't have a quality feel. All of the other pieces though feel great and high quality.

Update: I contacted Zeus on Facebook and they quickly responded. They have since sent me a comb (free of charge). The combs do smell funky, but the beard oil and beard balm (sandalwood) smell awesome.I like the products but when I opened the kit I realized it was missing the larger comb. Considering the price of the kit I didn't think I'd have this type of issue.

Definitely a great buy for the price. The shampoo & conditioner feel great and received immediate compliments from my girlfriend. The brushes are great I tend to use the large one more as it is softer. The combs I use on the moustache, yes even the mini comb. I love the beard oil and it helps condition my skin under the beard as well. The scissors are also great quality and help keep it trimmed. Definitely will continue to by Zeus.

My husband loves this kit. After regular use, there is a clearly noticeable improvement in the softness of his beard. The sandalwood scent is nice without being too powerful. All of the items are of very nice quality, particularly the beard brush. Well worth the price, as a small amount of the products go a long way. He will definitely continue to use this brand.

LOVE LOVE LOVE zeus products, it ws well worth the money, the bone comb arrived with a broken tooth and beard oil was not full and zeus helped me out immediately, the new products arrived in 2 days. all their products are of super high quality.

This is a great kit. It’s really everything you need to get started. It smell great. The only thing I would have to say is the balm is unscented and wish it was but other than that great kit.

The product is clearly high quality and I’m very excited for my Dad to receive it for Father’s Day. However, I was extremely disappointed that the nice box it came it was badly dented during shipment. So I’ll have to go out and find a different box for his beard kit.

Desde la caja de metal en la que viene todo, el aceite viene también súper protegido en su caja de metal, los peines cada uno con estuche de piel, en fin, todo de muy alta calidad. Los productos muy recomendables, el aceite es de ligero a medio y deja la barba súper suave. El bálsamo es de fijación ligera y de composición cremosa, muy fácil de aplicar. Y el olor a sándalo es muy suave pero duradero. En suma, este es un gran kit y ya me hice fan de la marca Zeus.

As a woman I’d be interested in the Vanilla Rum scented kit since I like Vanilla but he’s happy with the Verbena Lime!
