I bought this salt for its low sodium count. It taste good and seasons like other salts.

This salt has spoiled me....I will not be able to flavor food with any other salt.
The flavor of this salt is so pure and a little goes a long way. I have a terrible grinder and it takes me a long time to grind it into flakes, but who cares! It is so delicious! Glad I watched Guy Fieri's TV show when he and his family went to Hawaii and to this salt "factory." I did a lick test and compared this salt with my other snooty salt and what a difference. This salt is NOT bitter at all and my snooty salt is bitter and even soapy tasting.

I'm a salt freak and love this salt!
It is quite strong and flavorful. Has lots of minerals. We saw this product on a Guy Fierre show about Hawaii and had to have it.

Good flavor, but not for grinders
This is a pretty expensive bag of salt. The flavor is genuinely good, but it's really not for grinders. At least for the ones that I have. I don't know if I received a bad, super moist batch, but it clogged my grinder and for me to use this, I end up using a mortar and pestle and hand sprinkle on foods.Buy it for the flavor--it does have a strong sea salt taste and it make food taste good. For me however, I wanted something that tastes good *and* can be used in a grinder.

Good taste and not too “salty”. Works better if put into a grinder. Comes in some chunks.

Price for quality eh. It was salt. Nothing fancy.
I saw it on foodnetwork and was interested so I looked it up and purchased. It isn’t anything to be excited about.
