I was super excited when I received these headphones. They look super nice and I love the way they fit. And this is a bit my fault but the headphones say waterproof it's the first word. And after looking through about 20 or 30 different pairs of waterproof headphones to find ones that I liked to try out well I started swimming as exercise I had associated waterproof in the labeling with the IP67 rating. Again I should have read more closely I went to swim in the pool and not 3 seconds after I got it did the headphones cut out and stop working. I believe me headline description of these headphones needs to be adjusted.

Don't even want to give it a star. I would guess all the five star ratings are fake. You can just tell the cheap quality of these. They connected great, worked fine for a little while. Audio quality was poor, as soon as they got water on them they stopped working. Very poor item, so no work.

I recieved my headphones this weekend and I used them the day that I got them all day they are so comfortable and sound amazing. My husband and my daughter came home from their trip the next day and they both love them as well. My daughter actually stole them from me and my husband wants a pair for himself as well so I definitely will be ordering another 2 pairs in the near future

I have ordered these headphones so many times. Because as my luck goes they break immediately after the return window closes. My first ones lasted forever. I lost them. (I had chosen the same seller just different colors) Every. SINGLE. Time. The same thing happens. The charging port gets pulled out after the 17th charge. How do I know? Because I counted. Because that's how many damn times I've bought these pathetic of an excuse headphones because they had amazing reviews and I thought what are the odds I have this bad of luck. I gifted them and they broke. They're a disgrace. Horrible. Do not buy.

Revised review after using. Started out well and I was happy but after a month or so they stopped working. Left earbud would hiss and crackle and then the unit shut down. I can't even just use the right earbud by itself because any movement causes the left earbud to crap out. Too flimsy

I'm so happy with this,, about the earphones,,they sound so amazing,,nice bass,,clear mids and adequate treble for a pair of Bluetooth earphones,,connectivity is also very nice ,,I would say that as I'm a professional Dj,,highly recommended product,,I tried to put it in the water, ,After can use,, perfect,,I was prepared to order another pair to my brother. LOL

These are fantastic headphones, made an even better deal by the price. If I were to lose them they are so affordable I can just get another pair without hesitating. They were simple to set up and paired right away with my Android device. The various sizing options that come with the case make fitting them a breeze. I'm already planning to buy another set just so I have two charged and ready to go.

The only reason why I gave 1 star is because the customer service has been good, but I think it's because they know these products malfunction right away and by right away, I mean the first time you even use them. I now have 3 pairs of these headphones, only paid for one, but they only give you a coupon code to replace the item and you're still stuck with shipping and handling each time. You would think after 3 pairs of these headphones, one of them would work the way they claim. I've had issues with all 3 of them from the first use. Either one of the headphones in one of the ears acts up, anytime it pretty much touches water, the music starts to cut in and out, sometimes the volume will just randomly go all the way down to the point where you can't hear anything and then have to fight with it to get the volume going again. The lights on these devices went out right away too, so now when I charge them, I have no idea if they are charging or not and just have to hope they are.

One of the worst product sold by Amazon.This earphone exactly started giving problems after a month hence return policy also expired.Frustrating moment for me after paying 1500 for such local quality product, I don't know what to do. No rating required for such product.

Pls don't try this product poor battery back up second bad wiring quality wired just come out from the end of head phone eventually one day wire broken one end of the head phone dead.poor quality .waste of money

Within 30 days the product suddenly stopped working.I am really would not recommend anyone to purchase this product.It is not worth the value.

The headphones randomly stop working. Restart of the phone and headphones gets it working again. Haven't yet been able to judge the battery life. Something that I am doing is deciding the battery life but I still have to find what it is. Sometimes battery lasts half hour sometimes more. To get the bass effect one needs to keep a finger on the back of headphones. The issues started just as the return window closed as per Amazon policy.

Very limited battery life.First I thought it would not matter as I would charge but it requires 30-40 minutes to charge, you need to pause for this much time which is very difficult in daily use.Couldn't even complete whole movie, forget about whole day.Else product is fine.Good for those who listens for maximum 1 hour.

Not more than expectation, but still product is fine not much satisfied with it.

Very poor performance after 2 months,unable to connect with Bluetooth and getting auto disconnected at intervals .Also having the problem during switching On.

very bad experience this product dead after 10 days & try to return or replacement but not do any action Sony / amazon member I don't want to by any product with amazon.......

Not a good quality product,voice quality is also not that good,battery doesn't last for more than 3hrs,I have already returned the product back.

Very nice sound effect and super base, auto connect and working with two mobiles, easy to handle while traveling and price also good
