I don't know about occassional, but I use this nightly for sleep. Do not go near their recommended dosages. 1/2 does it for me. I like it.

This might be a good product; however, it did not work for me.

I used it 1 time with 1 pill very impressive it worked,I was very pleased but we will see,I will give another review.

This product does nothing, don’t waste your money. 🙁 I have suffered from restless legs for a long time now and was desperate to try anything that might help. At roughly $20 for 30 tablets, I thought that was a fair price to pay for a month’s worth of sleep. My first mistake was not realizing that 30 tablets only last 10 days as the dose suggested is three tablets per night. So essentially your monthly cost of this product will turn out to be $60 a month. Pretty expensive. My second mistake was not real realizing that this product is essentially nothing but alpha lipoic acid and melatonin. You can basically buy both of those things independently for a much lower price. Alpha lipoic acid is primarily suggested for nerve pain, which I did not have. My third mistake was not researching enough about alpha Lipo acid and whether or not it would help me sleep. Bottom line: no, it does not. The only thing in this product that does anything for sleep is the melatonin and I already had that in my medicine cabinet. Hopefully all of you can learn from my mistakes, and not waste your money on this product.
