Two complete albums recorded by the great Stan Getz during his 1955 and 1958 tours to Sweden. They consist of Stan Getz in Stockholm (Verve MGV-8213), and Imported from Europe (Verve MGV-8331). Getz is backed on these dates by such talented musicians as Lars Gullin, Benny Bailey, Åke Persson, and Bengt Hallberg. As a bonus to the original contents of the albums, we have added eleven extra tunes and alternate takes from the 1958 sessions, as well as an extremely rare live set from the same year presenting Getz in front of a Danish big band. Includes 20 page booklet.
