Good plate
Perfect fit for my boat seat and solid, I would use bolts instead of screws though

worked great.
Used pan head stainless screws instead of oval head as the oval ran out of thread and felt stripped...but the plate is well made and worked as expected. I bought two for my jon boat....it's not enjoyable cutting into the boat, but have confidence...used a 2 1/2" hole saw.

Nice Replacement Mount
My old seat mount broke around the weld on the bottom. This unit was the perfect replacement for it. All the holes lined up perfectly and it looks to be of better quality (much smoother welding) than the old unit.
