Great fit, accurate compression, good quality material. Highly recommended.
Mediven is the premier compression socks. True and accurate compression. Many less expensive socks are lower compression, too short, and made of lower quality material. Compression socks should have a calf length measurement. Many do not have this and if you purchase socks with no calf length they will most likely be too short for those 6 foot or taller.

Fit and comfort
My husband is a diabetic. He has burning and stinging in his feet. I wear compression daily. So I thought it might help him. The feet are padded in these socks. He really likes them. I knew about them because inorder them for my patients.

Support Mediven Socks
After the therapist got the swelling down in my legs, these are all I have used with good results. These are what she said to buy. A pair of gloves with rubberized palms make it easier to put these on.

These are thicker than most - better for walks
I have several pairs of Mediven comfort vitality 20/30 compression socks and they seem pretty sturdy. My only problem with them is that they are a bit too thin for when I go for an extended walk. These Active socks are thicker and are better for walking for an extended period of time. Also I worry less about creating a hole in them when I am putting them on. Compression socks can be difficult to get on. I read the reviews here on a lot of socks and getting runs in them was one of the main complaints. I do wear gloves when I do anything with the socks since they are a bit expensive and I want them to last. And I wash them in my washer on delicate cycle in mesh bags, and hang them to dry.

Very good quality, very comfortable. Their only disadvantage: they are a little warm for me and I don't think I can wear them during the summer. This is the model sold in the US, it is a little different from the one sold in stores in Canada. The fabric on the surface above the foot is thicker. Surprisingly, the seller's photo represents the product found in Canada. My photo is the product received ...
