A mix of ballet, yoga, and fun staring James D'Silva
I love this video. It is one in a series four DVDs by Trudie Styler, but James D'Silva is really the star and leads the routines. Trudie is beautiful and complements James in these routines, although some are simply James and do not include Trudie.I love the 3 dance routines: there is a very short warm up routine; the main routine is 25 minutes and the other is shorter, but with similar moves. I am not a dancer myself, and I tend to trip over my feet and have difficulty with rhythm, but I could totally follow this sequence and have fun doing it too! I use this exercise video on days when I want a fun, fairly easy workout. The setting is beautiful and lively, upbeat music takes me out of a funk if I've had a bad day. It's my fun "bounce around in my yoga room" workout!The 3rd routine is an absolutely wonderful stretching, but you must have a foam roller to follow this segment. You can either use a soft or hard roll. You will work your whole body with this very deep tissue self massage routine especially if you use a hard roll.See many of my other review on Amazon, includes the others in this series.

Engaging ... fun ... so well done
One of my favorite workout DVDs - the flow is beautiful, music is upbeat, and the different segments allow a person to choose what suits the moment. There's a stretching routine as well as a 10-minute movement segment, which can be really helpful on busy days.

Not the best routine, but includes a good stretch
I have most of this series with James and Trudie, and this one is my least favorite. The routine is boring, not nearly as creative as I expected with James involved. It just doesn't flow very well (the transitions are awkward) and isn't particularly fun - I think it would be really hard on one's knees if you had knee issues.But there are a fascia roller stretch and a guided meditation as additional features that are good. In my opinion, these are worth the price of the DVD.

Not a smooth flow but good movement.
I enjoy her other dvd's more, but this is a fun one and good to work out to. I enjoy the flow and challenge of her pilates and yoga dvd's more - this was a bit all over the place.

A Healthy Body
Exactly what I was hoping for. It's not too hard and it's fun enough to do every day! My body is changing. Becoming long and lean.

Awesome!
I love love love this exercise dvd!! There is a little bit of fancy footwork in the middle of it but by the 2nd and 3rd time I had it down. Great music, great background setting, and tons of fun! I was definitely sweating and feeling the burn in my arms and legs. Great buy!!

Hmm, I seem to already have this under a different name...
I purchased this for the bonus foam roller stretch, which is called "25 Minute Stretch Workout" on the dvd packaging. Turns out it is identical to the dvd entitled "Total Body Foam Roller" that came with Gaiam's 36-inch roller - Gaiam 36-Inch Foam Roller . Just wanted to let other foam roller users know, as there is no indication anywhere that these are the same program.

Overall, it is an enjoyable workout but not particularly challenging.

I like it very much - there is a combination between the ballet, aerobic, Pilates and yoga movements. The steps explanation of the cardio sequence I found it very useful. I enjoy Sting music.

Fun to do!
Loved the dance routine, and the the foam roller stretches. You really do break a sweat after about 10 minutes.
