I've been using this product for about 2 years now. Since then Ive put on 15-20 lbs of lean muscle. It's been a staple of my workout routine since I started almost. Excellent product. This product has always given me results for training, with a good diet plan and good training, gives good results on the vasculatory system. The best thing about this product is that it does not contain stimulants and it is not necessary to cycle it every three months as other products that act on the glandular system. - It can also be stacked with other products such as a pre-test or a testosterone optimizer. If you want to see results it is better to take it with an empty stomach and about 45 minutes before training, drink plenty of water before and during training. The best way that worked for me is three before the training and three 1 hour after the first dose.
